Why Arc Flash Certification exists
Arc Flash Certification was founded by career electrical safety professionals who spent more than three decades training qualified electrical workers at some of the country's most demanding facilities — data centers, industrial plants, utilities, hospitals, cement facilities, and construction sites.
The problem we kept seeing was the same everywhere: most NFPA 70E training fails because it's delivered by people who have never worked in the environments they're teaching about. Generic slide decks, pre-recorded videos, and contract instructors with limited field experience produce training that workers forget as soon as they leave the room — and that doesn't hold up when something goes wrong on the job.
We built this company to do it differently. Every program we deliver is custom-built for the specific facility, workforce, and hazard profile of each client. No off-the-shelf slides. No rotating roster of contractors. Every session is led by the same caliber of expert we'd want training our own people.
