Terms that apply to registration for open-enrollment and scheduled 2027 NFPA 70E training classes.
This policy applies to open-enrollment classes registered through arcflashcertification.com/classes/ and to paid registrations for scheduled virtual or onsite 2027 NFPA 70E training sessions offered by OSHA Instructor LLC, operating as Arc Flash Certification ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for a class, you agree to the terms below. Custom onsite/private group training engagements are governed by the terms of the signed proposal or service agreement for that engagement, which take precedence over this policy where they conflict.
Registration is confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout. Seats in open-enrollment classes are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without payment. Class size is limited; we recommend registering as early as possible, particularly for sessions showing limited seats remaining.
We understand that schedules change. All class fees are due at checkout and are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your registration, you will not receive a refund; instead, we will reschedule you into a future available session at no additional charge, subject to seat availability. A rescheduled seat must be used within 12 months of the original class date; after that, the registration expires and no further credit is available. Please notify us in writing (email is acceptable) as far in advance of your scheduled class as possible.
No-shows: if you do not attend your scheduled session and do not notify us in advance, your registration is forfeited and no refund or credit is issued. Rescheduling for a no-show is not guaranteed and may be granted at our discretion.
Substitutions — you may substitute a different attendee from the same organization for a registered seat at any time before the class begins, at no charge. Please notify us of the substitute attendee's name and contact information in advance.
Materials — for in-person classes, if a printed handbook or course materials have already been shipped to you at the time of a cancellation, they are yours to keep and will not be reshipped for your rescheduled session. For virtual classes, materials are provided electronically as a PDF and are not affected by rescheduling.
Payment method — if a refund is issued under If We Cancel or Reschedule a Session below, it is sent to the original form of payment used at checkout and typically processed within 5-10 business days.
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session — for example, due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, facility closure, and similar events). If we cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered, at your choice, a full refund or a free transfer to another available session. We are not responsible for incidental costs (such as travel or lodging) incurred in connection with a session that we reschedule or cancel, and we recommend against booking non-refundable travel until your seat is confirmed.
Onsite training delivered at your facility, and private group bookings for a dedicated class, are scoped and priced individually. Cancellation, rescheduling, and deposit terms for these engagements are set out in the signed training proposal or agreement for that engagement. If no separate written terms were provided, the open-enrollment terms above apply as a default.
Contact us as far in advance as possible using the information below. Please include your name, the class date you registered for, and your organization name so we can locate your registration quickly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time you registered for a class governs that registration.
